Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All purchases made through TrueSelfOperation.com, Kajabi, or associated payment systems are processed securely through Stripe and/or Kajabi.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method.
• Prices, offerings, and availability may change at any time without notice.
• Digital products, courses, meditations, memberships, coaching, and similar items are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable sales or checkout page.

If a separate refund policy applies to a specific program, event, retreat, or offering, that policy will override this section.

Coaching & Program Participation

By enrolling in coaching, courses, retreats, events, or related programs, you agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care.
• You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and results.
• Individual progress and outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

You also agree to follow all instructions, participation requirements, and community guidelines for any program, membership, retreat, or container you join.

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs or communities for disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, quizzes, scheduling pages, purchases, event registrations, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Vandalcast Media LLC and True Self Operation.

These messages may include:

• Appointment reminders
• Coaching and service communications
• Course or account notifications
• Event and retreat reminders
• Marketing and promotional messages

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share or sell SMS consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
